Ruishu Cao brings a wealth of educational experience and a diverse skill set to our company, dedicated to advancing education for students aged 8 to 18 in Singapore.

With a mixture background in biomedical industry, agriculture, AI robotic, Ruishu has a wide range of knowledge in Science and Math. 

Ruishu's research background

Ruishu holds a Master’s Degree in Horticultural Science from Massey University in New Zealand. During her time at Massey University, she led innovative projects in the kiwifruit industry, including a project in the MAF Digital Lab for Zespri. She successfully used fringe projection technology to replace human inspection in identifying market-ready kiwifruit, significantly advancing the industry’s quality control processes. Her close engagement with New Zealand’s kiwifruit industry has enabled her to establish a robust network across government agencies, commercial sectors, research institutions, and service providers.

Ruishu in Education

With seven years of experience as an online IELTS teacher, Ruishu has developed effective strategies for language instruction and student engagement. She excels in creating customized lesson plans that address the unique needs and proficiency levels of her students, enhancing their skills and confidence.

As the Marketing Manager at the Auckland Ballet Academy in New Zealand, Ruishu honed her skills in strategic planning, brand development, and audience engagement. Her successful marketing campaigns significantly increased the academy’s visibility and enrollment.

Ruishu in Biomedical industry

In biomedical industry, Ruishu joined Novogene, developed strategic and business plans for next-generation sequencing services in Spain, France, and the Benelux region. She coordinated comprehensive training programs and worked closely with stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.

At Genscript Biotech, Ruishu provided new service design and technical support to clients in the biopharmaceutical industry, aiding in the acceleration of antibody discovery and development projects. Her expertise in molecular biology, protein expression, customer service, project management, and business development was pivotal in supporting clients' needs and advancing the field of biotechnology.
